Returns

Before returning the product, you should send us an e-mail at borsabella.leather@gmail.com

After your contact us, you will be given instructions for returning your product for replacement or a refund.

Your refund will take place around 5-7 working days - at the latest – from the day we received the products.

 Defective products

In case of a defective product on our own fault, the return is accepted if you notify us in a period of not more than 14 days. We immediately replace the product with a new one or we fully refund the money corresponding to the value of the order as well as the packing and shipping costs.

 Right to change the products.

In case the return is at the fault of the customer, the products must be returned within a period not exceeding 14 days. The products are returned at customer's expense or provided by the customer himself in the data that will be given by contacting us. Depending on the payment method chosen by the customer when ordering, the refund will also be made: PayPal will be refunded via PayPal or to your credit card.

RETURN PROCEDURE AND WAYS OF RETURN

You can send us the product by following the procedure below:

First you pack the products in the package where you received your order. If your order was made from Cyprus by a courier delivery, you send the package via Asc courier or Αkis express depending on where you received your package. If the product is defective, it is simply sent to you after a few days without any charge. For further questions and guidance on shipping the product you can contact us at borsabella.leather@gmail.com

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you place your order on our website or place your order by phone, you can cancel your order by e-mail at borsabella.leather@gmail.com if your order is not already dispatched. For your better service, is good to know your order number.

REMARKS

In case of recurring refunds by the consumer, BorsaBella online shop reserves the right to refuse to accept a product refund due to abuse of the right of withdrawal or replacement of our products, even if the above terms and conditions are met. If the legal procedure is not followed or the legal conditions for accepting the return of a product are not fulfilled, then this will be returned to the consumer, who will be charged for packing and shipping costs.
